Kristina Trood

Kristina is the General Manager of Results First. Her career with our organisation started in Australia, where she spent three years as an SEO specialist, managing a client base and implementing smart onsite strategies. Her outstanding coordination and client service skills saw her quickly rise to become a quality assurance manager before her move to New Zealand. Kristina’s degree in digital media helps drive her creative, lateral-thinking approach to challenging situations.

Nick Arbuckle

Nick has a Bachelor of Arts majoring in media studies with a post graduate degree in advertising. With a background and experience in a variety of advertising avenues, he has developed the ability to comprehend and understand marketing requirements from a holistic viewpoint. This assisted him in evolving his aptitude to offer multi-platform solutions to meet all marketing requirements. His expertise extends but is not limited to planning and executing SEO, paid search advertising and social media. In his spare time Nick enjoys travelling, competing in and watching sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Andrew Samson

Andrew is our dedicated Campaign Manager. Holding a Bachelor of Business, majoring in international business and management, and a Bachelor of IT, Andrew has over ten years of digital experience (including time at Facebook, Yellow, and Spark) working with a wide variety of Kiwi SMBs and corporate clients. In his spare time, Andrew is an avid foodie and cook who loves hanging out with friends and family, reading, watching sports (particularly rugby league and cricket), and listening to music.

Martin Frankland

After seven years in digital marketing, Martin knows what it takes for a business to succeed online. As our resident Senior Performance Media Manager, Martin takes a scientific approach to digital marketing, owing to his Bachelor of Marketing Management (majoring in business communication), Google Certification, and strong analytical background. Personable and observant, Martin employs his rich commercial acumen and digital know-how to craft tailored digital solutions for his clients, which strike the right balance between SEO, pay-per-click, and content marketing. As expats, Martin and his wife enjoy spending their free time exploring their adopted New Zealand homeland with regular bush walks, hikes, and social outings.

Jack Papworth

Jack is a digital native who prides himself on his pragmatic optimism, commercial acumen, and collaborative “help, don’t sell” partnership approach. Jack’s background covers design, social media and PR, sports sponsorship, events, science, hospitality, advertising, marketing, accounting, business education and management consulting. This experience makes him well-suited to his role as a client-facing jack-of-all-trades at Results First. Outside of office hours, Jack is an avid photographer, blues musician, writer, and enthusiastic adventurer, who once toured through thirty countries over the course of a year.

Ravi Kanth Vallakati

With a bachelor’s degree in engineering, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing, and Google AdWords certification, Ravi brings dedicated technical resource and online advertising expertise to Results First in his role as Marketing Support Administrator. As a data-driven digital specialist, Ravi’s sharp eye, thirst for knowledge, and commitment to getting the job done make him an asset to our team. Ever the gregarious renaissance man, Ravi leads an active personal life as a keen salsa-dancer, petrol-head, bookworm, sports fan, and urban explorer.
